All documents to be notarized must be signed in front of the notary, so please DO NOT sign beforehand!

You must bring a physical, up-to-date piece of identification that contains a photo, your signature, and basic information about you (i.e. passport, driver's license, permanent resident card, etc.).

If your documents ask for a separate witness than of the notary, then they will need to visit with their ID as well.

We prefer NOT to notarize Will and Testaments, loan documents, or Real Estate deeds. We do apologize for the inconvenience. For these types of notarizations, we suggest to contact your trusted bank for notary availability.
